I'm so impressed. They can hardly fix my frequent disconnection issue and my slow speeds, they block torrents and now I see 'em offering 4.0mbps limits??? Can they guarantee that with that speed limit comes the ability to torrent without being throttled? If they can guarantee that, then I want a full bloody re-fund on the crap they've been giving me!!! wow… I’m so impressed.
