TM is upgrading their core network today. Friday, 19 June 2009, 11 pm till Saturday, 20 June 2009, 6 am.
During the nationwide upgrade, all internet services will most likely go down. This includes VOIP, iTalk and home prepaid users.

The Earth Hour Malaysia portal / website earthhour.org.my is currently unreachable.
Looks like they are moving to a larger hosting provider.Last minute rush to pledge causing the spike I guess.

Update: The site’s back up but it’s a stripped down version.

openSUSE’s mailing  list, download redirector, build services are down due to a power outage at their datacenter in Nürnberg, Germany.
Restoration work is in motion but it it’s going to take a few hours to complete. Check status here.

Looks like our boys are at it again. Bastards, either their DNS is un-patched or this is deliberate.

If you’re on streamyx and using  TMNET dns servers (202.188.0.133/202.188.1.5/etc….) then Malaysia Today is off limits to you.
